It was incorporated in July 1990. The company provides activities in the areas that cover development and manufacturing of equipment for automation power equipment for the regulation and control of electrical machinery; supply of electrical and automation systems for companies different sectors; and the design, manufacture and supply of electric motors and generators, surface electrical pump units for clean and waste water and of integrated protection, control and measuring systems and equipment for electrical networks. The company is active in a wide variety of market which includes energy, manufacturing, marine sector, railway sector, infrastructures and environment. It operates predominantly in the Spain. The company is an operating subsidiary of the Ingelectric Team SA group.
